Since I can remember, well at least for the last 5 or so years, I have been wanting to clean out things that we don’t need. To get rid of things we don’t use. I don’t mean those clothes that don’t fit any longer or shoes that you don’t wear. I don’t mean those books you no longer need or movies you no longer watch.

What I mean by getting rid of items, anything that hasn’t been used in the last 6 months. Items that we have been hoarding for years and years. Those cheap party supplies for that one party I know I’ll have one day. Clothes for that future babies to come. (Well, at 5 kids I think it’s safe to say that we don’t need so many clothes in storage. IF we were to have a #6 I know we wouldn’t even have a chance to put that many clothes on the new baby. Secretly hoping it’s a girl!)

I have taken out 6 huge black trash bags full of kids clothes. From newborn to 10 years old. BOTH Girl and Boy. Wow, that is a lot of clothes. I’ve donated them to my neighbors Youth Group who is planning to have a garage sale to raise funds for repairs to their church. I feel much better about doing that. I feel like those clothes got good use and now they will continue to get good use by a new family and make money for a good cause.

Stuff in the trash, items being donated, and some items being set aside for selling in our garage sale the first weekend in June. My porch is once again a major mess. Ugh, never ending story. I feel like I’ll never be done but I have some great ambition, 2 actually: 1) Preparing for Nomad life. If it won’t fit in the Toy Hauler/Trailer, we probably don’t need it. 2) I do not want to have to move all that crap to either Las Vegas or New Mexico. No way!!

Eventually I’ll finish, no I’ll be done by the 1st weekend in June!!! Yes, focus I must!!
